CIty of Vicfolk

City of Vicfolk. A capital and trade city. Standing on the estuary of Berriden river. Concrete and redbrick buildings are scattered through the city. With the working class living in the south and the elite living in the north, while the middle class is scattered, but more prominent near the bridges.
